We are passionately focused on reaching women, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and underrepresented communities. Through partnerships with workforce boards, tradeswomen organizations, high school CTE programs, community colleges, and community-based organizations, we aim to expand our impact and create widespread opportunity in Akron and beyond.
